Year 3 Day 217 – “Living the Dream”. Tuesday, 12/05/2023.Day 2 of 4-night Bahamas and Perfect Day on Allure of the Seas (Day 4 of 17-day Caribbean vacation). The weather is perfect from the perfect temperature in the high 70’s to the gentle flat seas. We are slowly making our way to Nassau, Bahamas. When I say slowly, I mean slowly. I actually think most of the day we sat in the ocean. We could see Miami in the distance all day long.
We spent some time on deck 8 in Central Park enjoying the many flowers and Park Café. In this cafe you will find made-to-order salads, fresh-pressed paninis, sandwiches, and Steve’s favorite fresh carved roast beef sandwiches. You can sit inside to eat or out in Central Park.
Most of the music on the ship is Christmas music. They really put you in a holiday spirit. We spent a lot of time walking the ship.
