Serenade of the Seas, March 6, 2020 – Colon, Panama Portobelo and Aqua Clara Locks This young woman Jossy was with us for 6 1/2 hours. She was so informative, well spoken, and had a passion for giving all. One of the best tour guides we have ever had. She has such a love for her country and passed the love unto everyone on this Panama tour. I learned so much about her country from her. Jossy made personal contact with everyone on the bus. No one felt uncomfortable or left out in her tour group. Thank you Jossy.
Brilliance of the Seas Feb 18 through 27th.
Alona made our Windjammer outside dining experience extra special. She was always smiling and went out of her way with us and everyone she met. She was efficient at her job and gave from her heart with every encounter. You could see how she warmed everyone’s heart after she interacted with them.
