This is Royal Caribbean’s private beach area. So, we proceeded off the ship

and spent the day at their private beach area with 6,000 of our friends. When you get off the ship there is a ferry boat that is complimentary. It will take you back to Discovery Cove which is the farthest beach from the ship.

We like to walk so we walked to the beach.

On other visits we have walked through the shopping village. This time we took the paths by the water slide around the shopping district. It was nice, but I am used to speaking with Haitian shop owners as we walk back. There were three different groups playing music and dancing on our way back to the beach we wanted to sit at. We were off the boat by 8:45am and still did not get a front row chair with an umbrella. I am okay with the second row. The chairs are really spaced out and nice whereas in Coco Cay they are super close together. Labadee is much more my taste. It is quieter to relax, and the water is much warmer. From this beach you will be able to see your ship at dock. It was a little cool to get in today though. Hey, it is the middle of winter. The sun is very hot, and I worry about sunburn and skin cancer. Even though I wear spf50 I still try to keep covered as much as possible.

We were going to do lunch at the buffet at the private beach. It was just so crowded that we decided to get back on the ship and eat lunch.

We spent some time in the casino. We had fun and got our money back. Yes, free fun.

Tonight, was Mexican night for dinner. The buffet was so crowded you couldn’t get to the Mexican food. We really think this ship has the worse buffet area of any ship. Just way to crowded.

Today’s product recommendation is for the Rev-A-Shelf. I love this for my pots, pans and lids. The one we recently installed is the 21 inches with a spot on the top shelf for the lids. We will also be installing a smaller one for baking dishes. These are awesome. https://amzn.to/3CzOwwq https://amzn.to/3ZcBuyq
