Year 2 – Day 137, Monday, September 12, 2022. It was a totally orgasmic moment this morning when opening my bedroom door and viewing the hardwood floor. When you live in a construction zone everyday there are moments of joy as things are completed. You really appreciate every aspect of the home. Steve finished the upper-level floor and worked on the railing. He does not normally curse a lot, but today was an exception. I guess those railings were a little difficult.
The upper-level railing is wonderful. What a great job by Steve. He is the man!
For me it seems everyday I am running to Somerset, KY to the stores for something.
In the afternoon we looked at various ways to trim out the cabinets over the refrigerator and the wall ovens.
Then we took a walk in the field next to the house and picked a soybean pod. I had no idea what soybeans looked like till today.
