Year 2 – Day 138, Tuesday, September 13, 2022. The wood board where the balusters go was stained to match the hardwood floor, the balusters were glued in and then a lot of trim painting was done.
The upper-level landing is very large. I am tossing the idea around about making a cozy little one chair reading/meditation nook in that area. The view is wonderful, and I can just imagine what a peaceful feeling you would get coming up the stairs.
