Living the Dream Day 342

Day 342 – “Living the Dream”. Thursday, 4/7/2022. It’s a glorious day at the Williamsburg. Another milestone completed. We have hot and cold water. Let’s hope the inspector likes the trench. Justin came over and helped us get a lot of detail work done while Steve got the water going.

The bottom trim to the oven is now installed.

The range hood is completed.

The toilet paper holder, robe hook and blinds are in the bathroom.

My vanity desk is put together in the master bedroom closet.

He also fixed the internet wire. Steve hit the old house a few times while excavating and cut the internet line.

I was not allowed in the old house while he was excavating. Steve was afraid he would hit the wall and the old house would collapse. Steve started at seven am excavating. I went to the plumbing supply store for a few items for Steve and again I was the only woman. I think I entertain them with how I have to show pictures. They are so knowledgeable and helpful.

Look at the pile of copper fittings all over the lower-level floor. Steve has a bucket of fittings we have carried with us for years. Some of those fittings are thirty-five years old.

The wild animals are living in the tree and the eves of the house.

We will be showering inside tonight.

Today’s product recommendations are for finishing a bathroom. The LED antifog back lit mirror is so nice. Also, new bathrooms need new towels. And look at this great light for over your mirror if you don’t do the LED mirror. I can spend all day just looking at Amazon. https://amzn.to/3CzOwwq https://amzn.to/3xqqxN9 https://amzn.to/3KbqdcS
