Year 2 Day 275 – “Living the Dream”. Saturday, 1/28/2023. Day 7 of 14-night Wonder of the Seas Caribbean Cruise.

Today we are at sea on our way back to Port Canaveral, Florida. The ship is really busy everywhere you look. It is the last day and people are picking up their pictures. We get two 8×10 pictures free every cruise. As you can imagine I have a little bit of a stack of them.

The shops are busy, and the promenade deck has a special t-shirt sale of 2 for $30.00. Captain Rob speaks every day at noon time with some interesting facts. Today at noon it is sunny day with Seas of nine feet. The temperature is 75 degrees with winds at 35 Knotts but it feels like 50 miles an hour because of the ship speed. A knott is equal to 1.15 miles per hours. We are 406 nautical miles from Labadee, Haiti at noon, which is about halfway back to Port Canaveral. The current ocean depth is 14,764 feet. We went to Cheers with an Officer today. On this ship it is actually just a lunch for people who have cruised a lot with Royal Caribbean. The food, wine, and company at our table was terrific.

If you like to visit the casino here’s a little information on the points and status you earn for points. You do get good benefits including discounted and free cruises for different points earned on a cruise and also on the status you achieve each year.

Today’s product recommendation is for the Rev-A-Shelf. I love this for my pots, pans and lids. The one we recently installed is the 21 inches with a spot on the top shelf for the lids. We will also be installing a smaller one for baking dishes. These are awesome. https://amzn.to/3CzOwwq https://amzn.to/3ZcBuyq
