Year 6, Day 117. “Living the Dream”. Tuesday, 8/25/2026, Clifty Hill 3. Framing Day 23. Trip to Alaska is canceled. Packing was starting today. But with the stress of getting this house weather tight we decided it was prudent to stay home and get her done.
Bobi, Justin and Steve worked on outside sheathing all day. We want to get the house a little more stabilized. Then more rafters will be put up.
Lunch time is now spent in the front corner bedroom. What a view out the side wall. Windows are expected in on Friday. The rooms in this home are nice sizes. Usually when the outside sheathing starts going up the house and rooms start feeling small. That is not happening here.
