Year 3 Day 258 – “Living the Dream”. Monday, 1/15/2024. Day 4 of 12-day winter 2024 vacation. Day 2 of 7-night Western Caribbean cruise on Harmony of the Seas. Day 1 of 2 days at sea cruising from Galveston, Texas to Roatan, Honduras. This cruise there are 6,100 passengers on board out of a possible 6, 687. Last night we turned back towards Galveston due to a Helicopter coming to pick up a medical emergency. I guess we had to be a bit closer to land for the helicopter to pick up.
It snowed last night at our house, and it is 14 degrees Fahrenheit there. While we on the other hand are just meandering around the Gulf of Mexico waters enjoying the warm day.
Breakfast in the windjammer was very peaceful with a wonderful view of the miniature golf course. The view is a glorious picture.
