Year 3 Day 242 – “Living the Dream”. Saturday, 12/30/2023. Clifty Hill 2 – Last night we watched the second Shazam movie. We needed a break from Young Sheldon. Although, I do love the Young Sheldon series. It is a very good feel-good family comedy series for families with preteen children and above. I highly recommend both Young Sheldon and the Shazam movies. They both are great family entertainment.
We woke up to another cold cloudy breezy damp rainy day. It wasn’t even light outside till 8am. We are so close to the Central Time zone, but in the Eastern time zone that it is very dark later in the mornings. I headed out to Lowes for more nails and bathroom fans.
Steve continued working on framing, electrical boxes, and other inside work so he could stay out of the wind.
It seemed like a good day to make a pumpkin pie. The nice warmth from the oven and the pumpkin pie smell is heavenly. It makes you forget that cold, damp outside weather.
While I was enjoying the heavenly smells and warmth, I watched Steve working in the lower level of Clifty Hill 2. Way to damp and cold for me, thank you.
I received and set up a new HP DeskJet 2700e all in one series printer scanner. Unbelievable how easy this wireless printer was to set up. In less than 15 minutes I was printing from my phone and my computer. It is a thing of beauty. The instructions were the best I have seen. Thank you, HP.
