Year 3 Day 204 – “Living the Dream”. Wednesday, 11/22/2023. Breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn in Clarksburg, WV would have been great if my eggs were cooked medium well as ordered. Oh well. The friendliness of the staff makes up for the eggs. It is like going home when we are there. No rain this morning just dismal and cloudy.
We are on our way by 8am.
We are looking forward to eating Northeast pizza. We cannot find pizza anywhere in KY that compares to the pizza in the Northeast. Maybe we should open a pizza parlor. I remember growing up sitting in Dominic’s in Sparta, NJ eating gooey delicious pizza. In the winter it was the best place to be. The warmth and the smell of pizza. Not to mention Dominick and his wife greeting us all so friendly. In the evening we find ourselves surrounded with PA love.
Steve’s hands are so sore he doesn’t want to touch anything, including me. Lol. He is looking forward to this time off from roofing. Roofing tears your fingers and nails apart.
