Year 3 Day 3 – “Living the Dream”. Friday, 5/05/2023. Day 21 (Day 2 at sea traveling from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to Los Angeles, California) of 21-night Radiance of the Seas Galveston TX to Los Angeles, CA cruise. Last sea day and last full day of our cruise. Tomorrow morning, we will be in Los Angeles and off the ship by 8am. Today I have attached pictures of all the Daily Cruise Compasses for the 15-day Panama Canal Cruise.
It is time to say goodbye to everyone. Thank you to all that have made our trip a great one. We appreciate all the service and friendship you have provided. Until we meet again!! CHEERS!!
It is jeans and sweatshirt weather. Wow! I guess I thought it would be warm in Los Angeles. I really should have checked the weather. At noon time we have sailed 4,815 miles since leaving Galveston, Texas. We attended the captain’s corner. If you go on a cruise and have questions on the operations of your cruise ship. This is your opportunity to ask any questions. Some things discussed at today’s Captain’s corner were. 1) In order for a captain to perform a wedding ceremony the ship has to be twelve miles into international waters. 2) There is no mandatory retirement age for a captain to retire. Every other year a captain has to pass a physical that is the only requirement for continuing in their profession. 3) Ice carvers are gone from Royal Caribbean Cruises forever.
Today’s product recommendations are for keeping your skin looking its best at sea and in the sun. My favorite skin care products are made by Elemis. Although I do sometimes try a new product here and there. I actually find myself going back to Elemis. 1) I start my morning in the shower with a face wash. He tends to break out when he uses sunscreen often. He finds the ELEMIS Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Pads excellent to use. It cleans that sunscreen out of his pores.
