Year 2 – Day 96, Tuesday, August 2, 2022. We are having another great day in Hersheypark. It is much hotter and sunnier today. We are not staying together as a group as much. Everyone has special rides that they want to go on before they head home. We have a wide range of ages in our group, and everyone wants a different thrill level. We headed to do the Chocolate World ride first thing in the morning.
I personally don’t want any thrills. I just enjoy being out and about with loved ones. We all are hot and tired today. Some of us even get to take a nap.
The swings were not a ride suitable for Spencer anyway.
Hersheypark seems to be loaded with camps today and it is more crowded than yesterday. It is so nice that so many children get to enjoy a day at the park as a camp group activity. We walked out with Jenna and her children, and we were in our car heading back to West Virgina for the night at 4:30pm.
Before parting our ways, we were able to get one last sweet picture in our 2021 family reunion t-shirts.
