Year 2 – Day 16, Monday, May 16, 2022.
Steve replaced the rotors and brake pads first thing this morning. I am so happy we made it home yesterday. The rotors were metal on metal on one side. We must have been throwing sparks all the way home.
After that the yard was mowed and weed whacked. Be gone bugs and snakes. Not much work was done on the house. The kitchen sink is 1/2 way hooked up. Three times to Lowes and still need another kitchen sink tail piece.
Coffee pot is now here
and we are cooking and eating in the new house. The rodents can take over the old house. Tomorrow I am cleaning the inside of the kitchen cabinets and we are putting the shelves in. Going to move right in. Well almost. We can’t sleep here until the plumbing final inspection is done. Look at this glorious video of the moon and the Williamsburg.
