Living the Dream Day 337

Day 337 – “Living the Dream”. Saturday, 4/2/2022. Work continues, but now we have added in the HVAC stuff. Ugg! Brazing the connections is not working with Mapp gas. We ordered an acetylene torch. Acetylene gets much hotter than Mapp gas. We tried to rent one, but no one around this area rents them. The Mapp gas torch was heating the condenser up.

That is not good because you could ruin the inside of the unit if the parts get too hot. The hallway ceiling is now primed, and the laundry closet is painted. Now the plywood for tile can go down. The stove fan is up. We just need some extra pipe to take it to the ceiling.

We are waiting for the trim to be delivered for the bottom of the oven.

Check out the floating picnic table raft. The neighbors down the street have that. What a unique idea.

Yesterday, I walked right into the bathroom trying to decide on pictures. That was so dumb. You cannot walk on the tile while the glue is drying. Hope I didn’t ruin Steve’s hard work.

Today’s product recommendations are for finishing a bathroom. The LED antifog back lit mirror is so nice. Also, new bathrooms need new towels. And look at this great light for over your mirror if you don’t do the LED mirror. I can spend all day just looking at Amazon. https://amzn.to/3CzOwwq https://amzn.to/3xqqxN9 https://amzn.to/3KbqdcS
