Living the Dream Day 317

Day 317 – “Living the Dream”. Sunday, 3/13/2022. Today is Sunday our fun day! It cost $50.00 to fill my car’s gas tank today. It used to cost about $32.00. We had another critter in the old house last night. A Raccoon has now dug another hole to get in.

We spent the afternoon at Lowes and ordered our doors, and doorknobs. The cooktop and wall oven are still on for Friday delivery. The doors are stock doors, so they are coming on Friday also. We were all set with order and headed to cashier to pay. Cashier pulled up order and somehow lost it to cyberspace. So, we had to go back and duplicate everything again. So yes, it took us four hours at Lowes to order 20 doors when we went in knowing what we wanted. Came home and spent a few hours with our son and his family. We hung out in the new kitchen LOL.

Tonight, is the last night we have to have our water turned off to the cabin. Warming up after tonight. Can’t wait for that sweet warm shower tomorrow afternoon and my dishes are stacking. Doing the dishes on the picnic table outside is better than attracting animals with dirty dishes.

Today’s product recommendation is for the Rev-A-Shelf. I love this for my pots, pans and lids. The one we recently installed is the 21 inches with a spot on the top shelf for the lids. We will also be installing a smaller one for baking dishes. These are awesome. https://amzn.to/3CzOwwq https://amzn.to/3ZcBuyq
