Day 248 – “Living the Dream”. Monday, 1/3/2022. It is a cold snowy dreary morning. Steve does not want to come out of our warm cozy cabin.

I waited to use the outside shower till afternoon. It was 34 in the afternoon with still no sun.

The upper level of the new house is almost fully insulated. The rest of the house will go faster, once the stairwell is completed.

The upper level has lots of angles,

so, there is a lot of cutting involved. Hanging drywall should be a challenge also. I am the helper for that. The masks that Steve uses to keep from breathing in the insulation has a metal piece over the bridge of the nose. He has always used these same masks but never got cut up from them before. Now they keep cutting into his nose. He tries them on until he finds one that was made like they used to be made.

We think they are producing masks so quickly now due to Covid, that the quality is not the same as it used to be.
Today’s product recommendation is for the Rev-A-Shelf. I love this for my pots, pans and lids. The one we recently installed is the 21 inches with a spot on the top shelf for the lids. We will also be installing a smaller one for baking dishes. These are awesome. https://amzn.to/3CzOwwq https://amzn.to/3ZcBuyq
