Day 191 – “Living the Dream”. Sunday, 11/07/2021. It was cold this morning again but turned into a very nice warm sunny day. The lady bugs were all over the side of the house. The leaves are now falling and have covered our front yard.
Tomorrow is going to be even warmer. On the way out to our Sunday breakfast we saw a Coyote cross the road. I tried to get a picture, but he was too fast. We spent some time picking out and buying lights.
It is getting closer to move in time and I am excited. Steve moved the building rubbish from the side of the house and smoothed out the stone.
He is preparing to build the front porch. Garage you say? Hmmm, he keeps saying detached. I say NO, no, no. I worked on sweeping up all the wood shavings and organizing tools.
We needed another way to cook, so we bought the Nuwave Brio 8-quart digital air fryer.
I made Chicken Cordon Bleu in it. It was so good and easy. Going to do French fries tomorrow. Makes us wonder why we are spending so much money on our wall oven. We love this oven.
