Living the Dream” – Day 23 of our 1/2 world trip aka Year 2, Day 166, Monday, October 10, 2022. Last night was not a good night. The room air-conditioning did not work. It was hot. 7am this morning I reported a few issues with our stateroom to msintenance. We are in stateroom 13540. We left had breakfast and by the time we came back at 9am. Everything was fixed except for the shower. There is a space on the bottom of the door and when you shower the floor of the bathroom gets soaked. Pretty disgusting. I am not sure if I can take nineteen days of a wet shower floor. As of yesterday in Honolulu we have traveled 7,397 miles in 22 days. We will be at sea for five days now. Our next port of call is Moorea, French Polynesia. Many of the passengers are Australian on this leg of the trip. I love the accents. We are learning so much from our Australian mates over a cuppa. Lots of people were getting pumped up at lunch time. ” Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi”.
