Living the Dream – Year 2, Day 146

“Living the Dream” – Day 3 of our 1/2 world trip aka Year 2, Day 146. Tuesday, September 20, 2022. We are cruising a few miles up the coast in the Pacific Ocean today. The ocean floor must drop off really quickly. Today we spent most of the day walking. No elevators for us. Down 10 floors is not bad, but up ten floors is a killer. Played some in the casino in the morning before it got crowded and we are up a few dollars so far. We have to keep our prime status for casino free drinks and our annual free cruises. I took random pictures around the ship. I feel like I have been on this ship before. It is almost the same as Anthem of the Seas, except there is no Johnny Rockets anymore. Also Anthem of the Seas has a big horn in front of Vintages and Jamie’s Restaurant. Quantum of the Seas has a funky colored Tornado funnel art work. I tried to walk the track, but it was too cold and windy. Steve is calling me whimpy. We went to a Destination talk in the morning to learn more about our stops. I think I could have done the talk. I have done hours and hours of research on our destinations in the last few months. Steve says I am always on my phone and I am, but it is cruise research. A lot of the day we hung out in our room looking at the ocean and the shoreline. The ship is mobbed. On a Caribbean cruise the pools on the upper decks attract alot of people and the rest of the cruise ship is tolerable most days. By 11am this ship is packed everywhere inside.
The time is changing again for us our clocks are going back 1 hour tonight. We can’t get our bodies adjusted to any time schedule.

Today’s product recommendations are traveling essentials.                                                    1) Luggage hand cart – we love this cart for easy rolling for easy cruise carry-on bags.  Even when you can’t go to your room right away this is so easy to walk around the ship with.  Here’s the link https://amzn.to/3s37EOw

2) This large toiletry bag is the best.  Steve has the black and I have the pink.  We both absolutely love them.  Here’s the link https://amzn.to/3v1p6ok and picture
