Day 173 – Wednesday, October 20, 2021. This morning we were up early and headed to Lowes for more deck lumber. It was in the low 40″s
I went out later and did a video of the road around our block. So funny there is pavement to the creek.
They just repaved this road.
Never saw a road that you had to drive through a creek before. No way am I driving through a creek.
And look at this sign. OMG – a no parking in the creek sign!!!!!!
Steve and Justin worked on the deck. Stairs are looking good,
and the deck railing is coming along nicely.
and the HVAC guys finally showed up again They have been MIA for a few weeks. They are doing ten jobs at a time.
The tax assessor came by while I was out, and Steve gave her a tour of the house. Oh boy wonder what our taxes will be next year. This evening the farmer across the street used the combine to cut the soybeans.
