Looking ahead we purchased the electrical sockets, switches and boxes. We are looking at service panels and wiring now. Another step in this journey. It is amazing how many electrical boxes you need for a new house. There are one gang, two gang, and three gang boxes. We have to locate the three gang. Electrical supplies are very limited at Lowes right now. Shelves are bare and wire prices have been going up. Of course you know what is going to happen. Lol. After we purchase the wire we need. the prices will drop. Cooler temperatures are here now. We are hardly running the air conditioning in the cabin at night. It does heat up a little in the middle of the night. It is like cows in the barn, our body heat heats up the cabin. The skunk was around last night again spraying away. We think they are living under the old house. You definitely can smell the skunk in the old house. On a lighter note we have a cute yard bunny!
A lot was accomplished today. The siding was completed up to the dog house dormers.
We also have some crazy racing ants.
Tomorrow is our off day and we are going out to eat and having a big birthday celebration for our three Granddaughters. They are now 16, 18, and 22. They are getting old.
