Rained on and off this morning. Cooler with no sun so it was nice working conditioning. So I wanted to see exactly how much our air mattress has expanded. It started at 60x80x22 inches high. It is now 68x81x21 inches high. Wonder how big it will get and how close to the floor we will end up sleeping. Lots of progress today. Almost all of the sheathing is done. We have five sheets left to put on.
They used the hoist to place nine squares of shingle bundles on the roof.
I climbed the ladders
and made a little video which is broken into two parts below.
That hoist has been a life saver. It has lifted up plywood, bathtubs, wood, and now shingles. Would definitely recommend one.
The new house is towering over the old one now. Wow, pretty impressive.
The old house gutter now has empty water bottles. They throw their empty bottles out the windows and miss the ground.
Work will continue on Monday. Tomorrow is Sunday our fun day. Msc update: When I call now for my refund, they pick up and hang up. What the heck?
