Went to the casino today – lol the laundromat. The big difference is when you go to the casino you can leave with more money then you walked in with. When you go to the laundromat, you always leave with less money.
French drain pipes are all in and look great. The water will drain out of the back of the house and never get in the basement. No sump pump will be needed. They now need to be covered with hay and foundation backfilled.
Cap blocks are completed on right side of foundation and half of the back wall. Wood sill will need to go on once completed. The basement walls will be half cement block and half wood.
Today’s product recommendations are for laundry days: 1) Since I have been doing my clothes at the laundromat my delicates have been ruined. So using some mesh laundry bags has helped. These are great, and 2) of course some nice laundry baskets. This way laundry is sorted and ready to put in the washers. Here’s the links to these products:
