Year 6, Day 81. “Living the Dream”. Monday, 7/20/2026, Clifty Hill 3. Day 33 Foundation Block Laying. Today was a long hard ten hour day for the guys. Top cap blocks and anchor bolts are being added now and will continue to be added the next few days. Some work had to be done to get the John Deere tractor work horse up and running again. This job could not be done without that baby.

The push is on getting ready for the concrete pour. Friday at 6am, eight yards of 4,000 psi will be arriving if the sun is shining. This will be an outside pour. Lumber King is delivering some lumber tomorrow. Ohh one last thing. My nails now match the grass so in flip flops you won’t see the cut grass laying on my toes. In fact my toes will blend into the grass. And yes the SWEAT BEES love green nails. Hey need to keep those little guys happy.
