Year 5, Day 243 “Living the Dream”. Monday, 12/29/2025 – The Wellington -It is a cold back to the gym day.
Then out to lunch at Mellow Mushroom where I blew away all the exercising. The Somerset KY Mellow Mushroom is under new ownership as of 12/08/2025. The new owners decided to no longer serve coffee. Wow what restaurant doesn’t serve coffee? Also, I was amazed. They were installing new ceiling tiles. Meanwhile, pizza was sitting underneath on the racks, not too far away. They also were making pizzas right there. Kind of disgusting isn’t it. Appears to me the new owner has a lot to learn. Our waitress was excellent as well as the pizza. But no coffee and not thinking about cleanliness kind of turns this girl off. Probably will not go back again.
Watching the Port Canaveral camera. Wishing I was on the Disney Wish. I keep getting pictures and messages from friends and family cruising this week. It is in the 70’s at the port.
