Year 3 Day 273 – “Living the Dream”. Tuesday, 1/30/2024. Clifty Hill 2 – Attic and upper-level balcony framing almost complete. No trusses in this attic and the air conditioning duct work are out of the way. Look at the space in this attic. This is the advantage of not using trusses. You get usable attic space. Also planning your air conditioning duct work to be out of the way is nice. I have been into so many attics that are just a mess not usable at all due to the I don’t care where I put the duct work. Planning is essential before starting the wiring, plumbing, and air conditioning duct work.
Things to ponder today! Have to leave you thinking.
