Year 3 Day 125 – “Living the Dream”. Monday, 9/04/2023. Clifty Hill 2 – Framing day 16. Summer is officially over, but it is hot, hot, and hotter. The sun is shining boldly. Apple picking time is quickly approaching. It was a half day of work and a half day of family fun. The bottom wall plates are down for the right side of the house’s main level Like an artist a plan is made and as the creation is built it changes. Each house built is totally built from our hearts. Justin, Bobi, Marley, Austin, and Koral came over in the afternoon for a Labor Day picnic/birthday party. We had cucumber sandwiches,
sliders, hotdogs, pumpkin macaroni and cheese, baked beans, potato egg salad, deviled eggs, chocolate butter pecan ice cream cake, and vanilla cupcakes. Not a very healthy dietetic meal for sure.
After eating way too much, we sang Happy Birthday twice and ate more.
We then all walked over to Clifty Hill 2 where everyone climbed the ladder and walked the main level of the house. What gorgeous views this house will have. This is what I have been pondering today.
Today’s product recommendations are for protecting yourself from the sun. I have become paranoid with protecting myself from the sun. My shoulder and Mohs surgery twice and now precancer on my nose.
