Year 2 – Day 206, Sunday, November 20, 2022. It is a cold Kentucky morning. 21 degrees here and 31 degrees in NJ at 8am this morning. We are supposed to be warmer here than in NJ.
Parked in the Cracker Barrel parking lot is a jeep with a lot of rubber ducks on the dashboard.
I just recently learned about jeep ducking. I have seen and actually participated in Cruising Ducks in 2019. https://deestimes.com/2019/10/20/lets-hear-it-for-the-ducks/ And now there is Jeep Ducking. I wonder what other ducking there is. Jeep Ducking began in Ontario in 2020 when a Jeep owner decided to do something to brighten both her and a stranger’s day. She went and bought a rubber ducky and put the duck on a nearby Jeep. Jeep Ducking simply refers to placing a rubber ducky on another Jeep. Breakfast at Cracker Barrel and their fire is roaring this morning.
