Year 2 – Day 125, Wednesday, August 31, 2022. A nice day for a ride. We will work on the house next week. We are taking a few days away from the sweat bees and all the block laying fun. Before we left town Steve had an appt at 10:30am at a local ophthalmologist’s office. We got there early at10:10am. He was called back at 10:45. The basic exam and dilation drops were administered by an assistant. Then he was told to wait in this dark room with three other patients for his eyes to dilate. The other patients had 9am, 10am, and 11am appointments. They all said that you can’t get out of that office any earlier than 2 hours ever. One by one they were called in to see the doctor. The 11am appt was called in and we were still waiting. At 12:30pm we walked out. They called at 12:37pm to say they could see him now. This doctor has no respect for his patients. Horrible Horrible Horrible. His time is more valuable than anyone else’s. Shame on him. We will not go back there.
