Year 2 – Day 22, Sunday, May 22, 2022. Steve worked all day on the house. He really wants it done, so no time off on Sunday. Breakfast at home today.
The upstairs shower is tiled. I really like the tile. You always hope that your vision turns out nice.
So far it has. I have had other times it has turned out horrendous. The tile has to sit for a few days before the grouting can be done. We found a huge chip in the cast iron shower base. We aren’t sure how it happened. Tomorrow I will call Kohler to see about their lifetime warranty. Hope it can be fixed. It is right by the drain. $1,000 for the base and drain and a very noticeable chip.
UGG The sheathing was put down on the floor and the tile will go down tomorrow.
It is much cooler here today. The animals are very active at night.
