Day 361 – “Living the Dream”. Monday, 4/26/2022.
The Lower-level ceiling is completed. I wasn’t sure if I would like a drop ceiling. I just thought it was going to look like a commercial space. But oh, my it looks lovely. It is so bright and cheerful. The drop ceiling had to be installed to cover the wires in the ceiling before we could get our final electrical inspection.
The Electrical Inspector came, and we passed our final inspection.
We are still trying to figure out what to do with the kitchen cabinet knobs. The sides are rounded, and the knobs sit crooked. We were told to maybe look at offset washers. If I had thought about the curved sides, I would have ordered different cabinets.
Today’s product recommendations are for finishing a bathroom. The LED antifog back lit mirror is so nice. Also, new bathrooms need new towels.
