Living the Dream Day 265

Day 265 – “Living the Dream”. Thursday, 1/20/2022. A very cold day today in Kentucky. It was a high of 25 and mostly cloudy with snow showers. I broke down and sat under an electric blanket to keep warm.

Yesterday it rained so hard it drove the mice back up into the old house. Sitting eating dinner Steve saw one sneaking around behind the refrigerator. Set one trap last night and caught one mouse overnight. They love peanut butter.

Steve worked on drywalling the middle level area and you now can see where the peninsula is going to be. In fact, we ate our first meal on the peninsula today.

The house is getting warmer.

We have so many wires in the old house office space that we set up a new surge protector strip with eighteen outlets and four USB ports.

Today’s product recommendation is for the Rev-A-Shelf. I love this for my pots, pans and lids. The one we recently installed is the 21 inches with a spot on the top shelf for the lids. We will also be installing a smaller one for baking dishes. These are awesome. https://amzn.to/3CzOwwq https://amzn.to/3ZcBuyq
