Day 207 – “Living the Dream”. Tuesday, 11/23/2021. Water lines are totally frozen. We are going away for the holiday, so we had to thaw the pipes and blow the water out. We turned the water off at the street, opened all faucets, disconnected the Hoses, loaded up the truck with Christmas presents, and armed the security cameras. Yes, it is Thanksgiving, but I have been shopping for grandkids. We will not be seeing them for Christmas. HVAC guys worked today, and we drove to Clarksburg, WV. Home of the runaway luggage cart. The packages keep being delivered even when we are not home. UPS is now delivering to the front porch of the new house.
One last thought. Showering at a hotel in a shower where I do not have to watch for spiders and snakes is soooo nice. Ahhhh!!
