Woke up this morning and went to leave the cabin and one of the corn kids decided they did not want me to get out the door. They are scary little kids.
Today was a gorgeous sunny day. Very humid though. It is really storming again this evening. At least I got my shower before the storms rolled in. I think about Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz and hope our cabin doesn’t get pulled up into a funnel cloud. I took the truck and headed to Lowes today for more 1 1/2 inch pvc plumbing pipe. Steve worked on plumbing.
I don’t know how they can stand the smell of that purple primer. It is so strong. Justin says he likes the smell.
Justin worked on the downstairs closet and utility room walls. He also took out some of the walls and flooring by the foyer. It was too boxed in and we wanted it more open.
Back deck lumber was delivered and deck should be completed by mid next week.
CHACHING
Koral is so excited she passed her written driver’s license test and now has her permit. The youngest of Justin’s girls is now driving.
