The smell in our compound by the Mimosa tree is disgusting, but so worth it. There are thousands of dead flies in the trap.


Lowes sold us some bad, old Type S cement bags. We think people buy it, it gets damp and then they return it. There are such big rock chunks in it that these bags are unusable.


Hay is down on the stone and backfilling can begin.


Many window screens were delivered ripped. Door looks a little damaged also.




Backfilling is going great. French drain out the back of the property is looking good.






Lots of work. All that lumber and lots more will go into this house.

The front door is being stored on the old house’s back porch. It is covered to protect it from the elements. The old house just got very dark. The door is covering the window.
