Storms rolling through and our last canopy is taking a beating.
While it stormed we worked on another lumber order.
After the storm damage we were able to repair the broken canopy.
There is water around the foundation again.
The French drains are in and the stone is being placed over the piping.
Headed to Lowe’s in the evening. OMG the price of 15/32 plywood is $73.25. That is incredibly high. It has tripled in price due to Covid shortages. We are getting most of our lumber from Lumber King and they are charging $71.00 a sheet. That is still very high. Wonder where the lumber prices will end up. All lumber is really high priced right now. It appears as though we will be paying a premium for building materials.
