23 days on Anthem of the Seas – Last Sea day b4 b2b and Deck5 Aft tour – Day 11

Today is he last day at sea before we are back to Bayonne, NJ to pick up and drop off passengers for the next 11 night cruise.

This is always a sad day for me. It is time to say good bye to:

1) The wonderful people we have met and spent many hours on board with. We always get their face book page , and email address, and keep in contact. We do meet a lot of the same people on cruises also.

2) The exceptional employees as well. Our Assistant waiter helped to make this trip enjoyable. Excellent service.

There were plenty of other employees that went out of their way for us. They are too numerous to mention and I didn’t get everyone’s name. I do want to mention our Stateroom 11208 Attendant, Wayan who was fantastic. I just never got a picture of him. He was always there for us, anticipated our needs, wonderful to talk to, and is moving our stuff to our new cabin tomorrow. We will miss seeing and talking to him.

3) Shorts and t-shirts, if it is a winter cruise from NJ. Today is the day you are usually back to jeans and a sweatshirt, and already missing shorts and flip flops.

4) The laid back life of not following the news or thinking about your job. Today is the day you start thinking about the world again and all you have to do when you get home. I added this even though it is a back 2 back and I don’t have this feeling today.

Here’s the rest of Deck 5 for you. Sorry it took me so long to get it out. I promised it on day 4 when I videoed Deck 5.
